Refund & Return Policy 

At Buzz Nicotine Pouches, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order. 

1. Returns & Replacements 

We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions: 

  • The product is damaged during delivery  

  • You have received incorrect or missing items  

If your order meets any of the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: 

  • Order ID  

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue  

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund. 

 

2. Refund Process 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days  

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method  

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via: 

  • UPI / Bank Transfer (details to be shared by the customer)  

 

3. Non-Returnable Items 

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns in the following cases: 

  • Change of mind after delivery  

  • Opened or used products  

  • Incorrect strength/flavour selected by the customer  

 

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges 

  • A ₹50 COD fee is applied to all Cash on Delivery orders  

  • This charge is non-refundable  

 

5. Order Cancellations 

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped  

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed
